A permanent solution should be sought out in cases such as housing, long term school overpopulation, increasing office space, or anything that requires more space for more than a year.
Can office trailers be used multiple times?
Yes, the trailers are specifically built for multiple uses across many different job sites. The exact same trailer can be brought with you to as many projects as necessary as long as the rental agreement is extended.
Why should I use an office trailer?
Office trailers are conceptually one of the best solutions to temporary work environments like construction projects or overpopulated schools. These trailers can be dropped off at nearly any location faster and cheaper than it would be to build a temporary building on site.
What all can the Office Trailers be used for?
Our office trailers can be used for anything from construction sites and concerts to temporary offices or temporary workstations during disasters for healthcare professionals.
Do generators need to be grounded?
The only time our generators will need to be grounded is if you will be plugging the generator directly into an electrical panel.
How often should the oil be changed?
The oil should be changed about every 100 hours of operation starting from the first time you turn your rental on.
Can these generators be used during rough weather?
The only limit to these generators is to never use them indoors or directly in wet weather conditions. Windy or hot weather will not limit your generator use.
What type of gas should be used with these generators?
Unleaded gasoline with a minimum 87 octane rating is highly recommended.
What do I do if the gasoline has gone stale?
The solution would be to remove the stale gasoline by first turning the shut off valve off, disconnecting the fuel line, draining the gas, and then cleaning the carburetor. If you have any questions on this process please contact us.
Who is responsible for maintenance of the generator?
For the duration of your rental, the maintenance of the generator such as oil changes and refilling gasoline is your responsibility.
