Is delivery time guaranteed?
We have a two-hour window after the scheduled delivery time where we guarantee to arrive at anytime in that window with your equipment. This is to account for unforeseen traffic or weather conditions.
What is considered one day of use?
8 hours of use is considered one day of use. For example, if you were to rent our equipment for 5 days then you would be paying for about 40 hours of usage with our equipment.
What rental periods do you have available?
We rent our equipment in blocks of hours, days, weeks, and months.
Do you require us to be insured to rent from you?
Yes, some form of insurance is required to use our equipment. Please contact us for more details on what is deemed acceptable insurance.
Are equipment attachments available?
Yes, we do offer attachments that you can rent alongside our equipment. However, it is also possible to rent these attachments directly with out renting out one of our machines.
When will the equipment be picked up?
We try to pick up our equipment quickly at the end of your rental period, but in unforeseen cases where we cannot pick it up on that day we will be in contact with you to reschedule for another day or time.
What area does Sprint Rentals cover?
Sprint Rentals covers the Midland and Odessa area, as well as some of the surrounding West Texas area.
Who do I contact in regards to equipment issues or questions?
For any questions or concerns regarding the equipment you can contact us directly at anytime. Breakdowns during your period are of your responsibility in most cases however.
Can I pick up or drop off the equipment myself?
Yes, people can pick up up their equipment if they would like to.
